Delivery Methods

We deliver computer components and office hardware across the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) through partnerships with major logistics courier networks.

Parcel Terminal Networks (Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost)

Best for smaller items (RAM, SSDs, processors, small office supplies). Pick up at your convenience at any local automated parcel locker.
Standard Transit Time: 2–4 business days.
Rate: From 3.50€ depending on parcel size.

Courier Home Delivery (DPD, Venipak)

Recommended for heavy or bulky goods (monitors, desktop gaming computers, office laser printers). Delivers directly to your specified business or residential address.
Standard Transit Time: 3–5 business days.
Rate: From 7.90€ depending on weight and volume.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Once dispatch occurs, tracking details will be forwarded via email to allow monitoring of transport coordinates.

Payment Methods

We prioritize secure electronic checkout operations. Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank Transfer (Invoice payment): An official proforma invoice is generated during checkout. Complete the bank transfer referencing the order index. Shipment commences upon transaction clearance.
  • Online Bank Links / Credit Cards: Direct secure payments supported via verified Baltic banking portals and international credit networks (Visa, Mastercard).
Crucial Note on Transit Damages

Upon package receipt from a courier or parcel terminal, please inspect the integrity of the external box packaging. If damage is visible, note this with the delivery agent or report it to our customer desk at armindust@inbox.eu within 24 hours of package arrival, attaching digital photos of the box.
