14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without stating a reason.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The product must not show any signs of physical wear, scratches, or modification.
- All accessories, document manuals, power cords, and component wrappers must be returned in the original box.
- Please note that custom-configured systems or opened software licenses are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at armindust@inbox.eu. We will provide a standard return form and shipping coordinates. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the product was delivered in a defective state.
Warranty Terms
All new items listed in our catalog are sourced from certified EU distributors and carry official manufacturer warranties.
- For Private Consumers: Under EU law, private individuals are entitled to a minimum 2-year warranty period (legal conformity claim) against manufacturing defects.
- For Corporate Entities: Corporate purchases are subject to standard manufacturer commercial warranties, which usually span 12–36 months depending on the specific equipment class (e.g. servers, enterprise switches).
Warranty service operations are carried out directly at authorized brand service centers in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. We will assist you in locating the nearest service partner or managing logistics if needed.
Warranty Claim Process
If a hardware defect is detected during the warranty term:
- Locate the original purchase invoice and reference the SKU/BD code of the item.
- Write a brief description of the technical malfunction and email it to armindust@inbox.eu.
- Our coordinators will verify the invoice data and direct you to the corresponding service point, providing a shipping label if transport is arranged through us.
